Miss Miller grew up and still resides in Solvang. She attended Cal Poly, SLO for a BA in Liberal Studies with a Music Minor, then went on to Chapman University to receive her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Her first full time teaching experience was at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School in Montecito where she taught 2nd Grade for 6 years.

Miss Miller took a break from teaching to work in a machine shop for several years...welding, machining, metalwork, and machine repairs.

She is a musician and plays guitar and cantors at her home parish, Old Mission Santa Ines. She loves animals and being creative. She feels blessed to be teaching again and feels that God really brought her to St. Mary’s.
